As a Data Analyst, you will work on robotic process automation work activities to support our agency priorities. This entry level position will help create process automations to improve data hygiene, eliminate mundane tasks, and enhance organic growth initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will have UiPath experience, strong time management and prioritization skills, be an effective communicator, and understand the benefits of technology and automation to the overall strategic priorities of the organization.

You must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, heavy task driven environment, as well as follow procedures to ensure efficiency and seamless execution.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Develop UiPath automations that support agency goals of profitable growth, client experience, and great place to work.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to identify and define automation project scopes to ensure proper implementation of RPA solutions.
  • Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business analyst and project stakeholders.
  • Support deployment of automations, including troubleshooting production issues as needed.
  • Update form letters for template changes and expansions.
  • Develop and edit form letter templates for needs across the agency.
  • Make recommendations on how to improve workflows and procedures to aid efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in internal learning and development sessions.
  • Stay relevant in role and updated on industry trends and best practices of team member engagement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information and adhere to all personal and financial data privacy protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience in using UiPath Studio preferred.
  • UiPath RPA developer certifications are preferred, but not required as training can be provided.
  • Experience with using MS Office products, specifically Excel.
  • Understanding of process automation management & workflows.
  • High school degree required; college degree preferred.
