Los Altos Law Firm is seeking to fill an immediate opening for a full-time Office / Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate must possess all the skills needed to keep an office running smoothly, along with strong attention to detail and be an ambitious self-starter with excellent multi-tasking skills.
They will be well organized, self-disciplined, and able to work efficiently on their own. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities include :
- Process United States Patent and Trademark correspondence as well as all international correspondence from foreign associates.
- Assist legal secretaries / paralegals with important client communication and reporting.
- General office administration, including running errands, ordering and maintaining office and kitchen supplies, ordering lunch, and managing office vendors on an as needed basis.
- Assist Accounting Manager with misc. tasks and special projects as needed.
Microsoft Office literacy and PC knowledge is required.
Bachelor's degree recommended.
A reliable car and clean driving record are required.
A background and credit check are mandatory.

The position will initially be in-person and will transition to hybrid after a training period.
