To serve this mission, the Account Manager will maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.
As an RCI Account Manager, you will :
- Resolve client issues and act as a client intermediary regarding issues with eligibility, billing, funding, claims, PPO networks, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Utilization Review vendors, and all related products and services
- Correspond with clients regarding Regional Care, Inc. internal changes
- Visit clients regularly in accordance with client needs, document client concerns and follow up with resolutions
You may be a good fit if you have :
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Three years Account Management / Client Services experience in a Third Party Administrator or group health insurance environment
- Licensure with Nebraska Life and Health
