What the Accounts Payable Accountant will do
- Processing between 50-75 invoices weekly, using mainly Ach and wire transfers.
- Weekly disbursements
- Communicating and verifying vendor invoices
- Maintaining the vendor list and setting up new vendor
- Speaking with executives and getting approvals
What the company needs in an Accounts Accountant Accountant :
- At least 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Must have written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and Very organized and detailed oriented
- 1099 experience a huge plus
- Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
- Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar is a huge plus but not required
