Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity Near San Diego, CA
Introductory Paragraph : Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person position at a school district near San Diego, CA.
This role runs from September 3rd, 2024, to June 17th, 2025, and involves managing a split caseload between elementary and middle school students.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary and middle school students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student communication goals
- Monitor and document students' progress towards therapy objectives
- Adapt and modify therapy activities to meet the specific needs of each student
- Ensure compliance with school district policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California state licensure as an SLP
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, onsite therapy services
