We show compassion, celebrate differences and treat one another with respect. Responsibilities The Master Facility tech provides repair, service, and operational reliability of utilities and / or equipment required to meet the needs of the facility.
Said skills shall be performed with independence and proficiency commensurate with the level expected of a seasoned technician as determined by his immediate supervisor.
The Master Tech should also teach his lesser-experienced peers, demonstrate leadership and teamwork as well as fill in for his supervisor temporarily in his absence.
Qualifications Job Requirements Valid Texas Driver License High School Diploma or GED A Master Facility Tech shall have a minimum of three years of previous experience in related equipment and / or building maintenance.
Licensure in a specialty field may be substituted for other experience at the discretion of the supervisor Preferred Job Requirements : In addition, a Master Tech should have 5+ years’ experience at BSA or comparable in-house service.
