Piper Companies is looking for an Patient Navigator to join a biotechnology company located in Durham, NC.
Responsibilities of the Patient Navigator include :
- Provide general case management to patients
- Communicating to all parties to address any issues regard patients receiving services
- Work on bring support to patients for reimbursement opportunities with the financial assistance programs
- Be able to comply to SOPs, department procedures, laws and company policies
- Provide great customer service to each patient servicing
Qualifications for the Patient Navigator include :
- Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in life science, business or related field
- Preferred experience in Microsoft office suite, CRMs, and HIPPA communication methods
- Rare disease and / or complex therapy support is a plus
Compensation for the Patient Navigator includes :
