Qualifications / Basic Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited college in the computer field or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with management, other employees and vendors.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of complex instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Patience to repeatedly instruct people on the steps to take to solve computer problems.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL queries against financial and clinical data bases to fulfill data and report requests.
  • Demonstrated experience with business productivity applications.
  • Demonstrated experience for continued education / learning.
  • Demonstrated experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases and software training.
  • Demonstrated customer service focus.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly qualified candidate will also have experience in DocuSign.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Investigates, develops and monitors solutions to enhance utilization of computer resources for end users.
  • Analyze, develop, test, and implements segments of automated systems.
  • Recommend, initiate and implement system changes / enhancements.
  • Provide user support for software and hardware issues.
  • Monitor data integrity and create reports to identify data errors / exceptions.
  • Develop quality control criteria, profile reports, error control criteria, and various system queries (generic and specific).
  • Evaluate and implement robust technology solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Monitors system operations to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory rules and standards, where applicable.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and document system / data issues.
  • Generate queries and reports.
  • Maintain data integrity when integrated with other vendor / collaborator software.
  • Identify and coordinate training efforts for effective and efficient best practice use of software.
  • Manage software upgrades.
  • Maintain documentation of all software systems utilization and deployments
  • Work with all IT Staff members in the development and use of proper procedures in support of the software systems
  • Work hours prescribed by the IT Director and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
  • Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Conduct and HIPAA regulations.
  • Resolve and document issues via the Rosecrance ticket tracking system and Help Desk calls. Escalate when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.

  • Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers.
  • Demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.

Shift Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Job Type : Full-time (40 hours / week)

Pay : Based on education, experience, and credentials

Work Location : Remote- Will need to be in person for first week of training.
