Restaurant Director
About the Job : We are looking for someone to fill a hybrid business leader / team player role. This role relies on strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, long-term vision, and ability to work in restaurant operations. The Director Role is responsible first for growing the results of the business. A major portion of time will be spent identifying operational opportunities, creating clear & simple plans to change behaviors, and working alongside of the team to grow their performance. Directors also challenge the shift leaders to develop them further and hold them accountable to follow the Chick-fil-A values.
