- 1 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and strong consensus builder.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.
- Strong attention to detail and experience producing complex customized client materials with highest degree of accuracy.
- Advanced or highly proficient with Excel. Candidate is also expected to demonstrate adaptability to other software products.
- Effective interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated and demonstrate a willingness to take on more responsibility. Desired Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Operations and / or Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrate ability to partner across product groups, regions and functional responsibilities.
- Be a strategic thinker, possesses strong facilitation and data gathering skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and to provide practical solutions.
- Possess experience in risk management concepts and processes. Responsibilities :
- Learn daily operational tasks and business initiatives quickly to add value as a subject matter expert.
- Work closely with teams and colleagues across the globe to deliver the best experience for our clients by leveraging available resources or developing process improvements.
- Understand and be consistent with the policies and procedures documented by the team.
- Assist with recurring divisional and regulatory functions (e.g., quarterly, and annual operational risk assessments).
- Drive consistency across various XIG business channels, including elimination of manual processes, and adoption of best practices.
