Join our expanding practice, which has grown to now encompass six locations. We're seeking a Sales expert to champion our continued success.

You will orchestrate compelling sales presentations for our unique chiropractic technique and health services, fueling both our office's success and our patients' journeys to wellness.

This role is one that demands excellence, as we are dealing with people's health. With a short sales cycle, you’ll be expected to close deals either on the same day or during the first appointment.

This position demands a sharp, seasoned professional who thrives under pressure and is motivated by results. If that does not sound like you, then we may not be a good fit.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth : Aim for a minimum of 20% revenue increase by skillfully managing and delivering high-value presentations to both potential and existing customers.
  • Optimize Conversion Rates : Consistently achieve and maintain a conversion rate between 70-80%, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in sales acumen.
  • Strategic Innovation : Continuously refine and adapt sales strategies and techniques to ensure ongoing success and market adaptability.
  • Relationship Management : Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with patients, taking a proactive approach in resolving any customer service issues to reinforce trust and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Sales Excellence : Proven success in sales, complemented by experience in office management or a comparable role, marked by significant achievements.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving : Outstanding critical thinking skills, with a track record of developing practical and effective solutions.
  • Objection Handling Expertise : Skilled in swiftly identifying and overcoming objections, turning challenges into opportunities for sales success.
  • Adaptability in Fast-Paced Settings : Proven ability to stay productive and maintain focus amidst dynamic and potentially challenging environments.
  • Innovative Team Player : Energetic and creative, consistently contributing fresh ideas and fostering collaborative synergy.
  • Action-Oriented Approach : A strong preference for dynamic, result-driven activities over routine, mundane tasks.
