Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal / external systems.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services API.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Develop Workday Integrations : Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools.
• Monitor and Troubleshoot Integrations : Regularly monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data is transferred accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with business analysts, HR, payroll, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure integration solutions meet business needs.
• Optimize Integration Processes : Identify opportunities to optimize current integrations for better performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Maintain Data Integrity : Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data flowing between Workday and external systems.
• Documentation and Testing : Create detailed technical documentation for all integrations and perform unit and system testing before deploying to production environments.
• Compliance and Security : Ensure all integrations comply with security and data privacy standards and regulations.
• Support System Upgrades : Assist with integration adjustments during Workday system upgrades and new feature releases.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 5-8+ years of experience in Workday integration development, including hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP / REST), and Workday APIs.
• Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPATH, SOAP, REST, and JSON technologies.
• Workday Expertise : Deep understanding of Workday HCM, security configurations, and Workday's business process framework.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented : Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple integrations simultaneously.

Preferred :

• Workday Certification : Workday Integration Certification is a plus.
• Cloud Integration Experience : Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is beneficial.
• Knowledge of HRIS Systems : Familiarity with other HRIS platforms or ERP systems is a plus.
• Agile Methodologies : Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment is preferred.
