- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for software used in food production, traceability, and compliance systems.
- Conduct manual and automated testing of production software, including ERP and MES systems.
- Ensure software compliance with food safety regulations, such as HACCP, FDA, and FSMA guidelines.
- Identify, log, and track software defects, ensuring timely fixes in collaboration with development and IT teams.
- Validate software updates and new features, ensuring they do not disrupt critical production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, operations, and production, to ensure the software meets regulatory and production requirements.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure software quality in a fast-paced production environment.
