On Call : Call every other week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3 : 30p-10p and Saturday 8a-4p

Certs Required : MD license, RT-R ARRT, ACLS, BLS

Special Procedures : Scrub for IR, vascular, and pain procedures. They need to be able to work the Philips azurion C arm and the portable C arm

Skill Required : Interventional Radiology, PACS, Angioplasty, Embolization, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Catheter / drain exchange, Internal / external biliary drainage, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement, Carotid Angiography, Discogram, Embolization, Stent placement, Thrombolysis / Thrombectomy, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms / declots), Endovascular Interventions, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Thrombolysis / Thrombectomy, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled / PICC lines), Siemens, Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Scrub- maintain sterile field, GE / Philips azurion C-arm / portable C arm / contrast, cerner
