New Life Academy is hiring a Marketing and Communications Specialist to help carry out school-wide marketing and communication efforts. We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, team-minded, and passionate about supporting the New Life mission. This role plays a key part in advancing enrollment, community engagement, and development initiatives through clear messaging, digital content creation, lead generation, and campaign support.

Working under the direction of the Marketing Communications Manager, this position focuses on executing content and strategy across platforms such as email, web, social advertising, and internal communication portals. The role also contributes to storytelling and supports major initiatives like the capital campaign and school growth projects.

Marketing Campaign & Lead Generation Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for admissions, retention, advancement, and community engagement.
• Support lead generation strategies, including downloadable resources, event follow-ups, nurture sequences, and segmented email campaigns.
• Contribute to capital campaign and future growth marketing efforts by helping articulate vision, impact, and invitations to participate.
• Assist in coordinating and writing content for social ad campaigns; track performance in collaboration with the marketing team or external vendors
