A company is looking for a Quality and Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage data quality for the cancer registry and train staff on quality standards

Conduct regular audits of cases and follow up on areas for improvement

Oversee training, supervise staff, and administer performance reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or equivalent field

3 years of relevant experience required; 4-8 years preferred

Experience in health information management or tumor registry preferred

Expertise in clinical information abstraction and coding

Ability to manage a team and monitor workflow and performance
