Growing ElectronicsCompany in Orlando has a need for a Process Engineer. The ProcessEngineer will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturingprocesses enhancing product quality and improving operationalefficiency.
This position requires a handson approach to processimprovement problemsolving and project management. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in process engineeringexcellent analytical skills and a commitment to continuousimprovement.
Analyze current manufacturing processes and identifyareas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Develop and implement process optimization strategies including theuse of lean manufacturing principles.
Design and refine productionworkflows to enhance productivity and product quality. Lead andmanage engineering projects from concept through implementationensuring timely and successful completion.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including production quality and maintenanceto achieve project goals.
Requirements
2years related experience. Electonic / Defense / Aerospace background aplus
