Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? BrightStar Care of Maple Grove & Andover is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team, providing outstanding care that enriches the lives of our clients every day.
We are looking for a Qualified CNA to work Stacked Shifts, M-F, between the hours of 9a-5p. That means no weekends! Woohoo!
MUST be comfortable with performing personal cares and working in a clients home!
Locations CNA will be working in : Elk River, Ramsey, St. Michael, Albertville, Monticello, Zimmerman, Big Lake, Otsego

Home Care CNA Job Responsibilities :
- Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing care according to the patient's plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.
Qualifications We're Looking For :
- Current CNA certification from the MN Nurse Aide Registry (Preferred)
- A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
- CPR certification (or willingness to get it through the training we offer)
- Geriatric / Elder experience
- Memory Care Experience (Alzheimer's, Dementia, etc.)
- Must be at least 18 yrs. or older
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Amazing communication and interpersonal skills.
