I'm teamed up with a full-service law firm that is dedicated to assisting individuals, businesses, and institutions. This a plaintiff firm looking to add a Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
This is a great office envirnoment - and the opportunity to wok for and serve clients with best practice and intuitive, strategic ways with top attorneys.
Candidates will have significant client contact and the ability to excel when working independently.
Responsibilities :
- Handling cases from preparing responsive pleadings to trial
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses and experts
- Attending court hearings
- Preparing and arguing motions / oppositions
- Trial preparation
Candidate Qualifications :
- 2-5 years in civil and commercial litigation
- 1080 billables
- Licensed in Iindiana
- Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
Salary range :
$90,000-130,000 depedning on experience
