Hourly pay $. - $. per hour DOEE + plus generous Shift Differential - between $2. and $4. per hour depending on the day and shift (see below)

Please consider a career working to improve the lives of the boys we serve. We use a TRAUMA INFORMED CARE APPROACH to working with adolescents and we will teach you how to apply these principles in an effective and positive manner.

Your role provides services to our residents through :

Active Engagement - Assist with psycho-ed groups, physical activities, therapeutic and scholastic assignments and coaching pro social skills by modeling healthy relationship building skills

Empathy and Trauma Informed Care - Compassionate listening and re-directing negativity to ensure the residents feel safe which helps them on the path to healing past trauma.

Modeling and Coaching - Working together in a collaborative environment with their peers helps promote pro social skills and improves their self esteem.

Safety and Security - Consistent engagement and supervision of the residents is a priority that will ensure safety and provides much needed routines.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Day Shift / Sun through Thursday 6 : am - 2 : pm - Shift Differential additional $4. per hr on Sunday shift only

Weekend Shift / Fri & Sat 6 : am - 2 : pm Sun & Mon 2 : pm - : pm + one addt'l shift of your choice - Shift Differential $4.

per hr Fri, Sat & Sun and $2. per hour Mon - Thurs pm shifts

PM Shift / Tues through Sat 2 : pm - : pm - Shift Differential additional $2. per hr Tues, Wed, Thurs and additional $4.

per hour Fri and Saturday

Qualifications

Your Qualifications & Skills will include :

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred, but not required, in a human service field or working toward a degree
• Must be at least years of age or older to apply
• Must be able to pass a criminal history background check and drug screen
• Resiliency - being able to manage stress in a dynamic environment
