The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting company products and services.

Salary : $950 - $1250 / week Job Type Full-time Location : Scottsdale ,AZ THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS Responsibilities : Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and service-related issues.
Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, alternatives, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Process orders, cancellations, and returns via phone or email.
Assist customers with troubleshooting product issues or usage questions. Provide detailed information about company products, services, and promotions.
Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system accurately. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (response time, call volume, customer satisfaction).
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and phone systems is a plus. Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
