Responsibilities :
- Write purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a smooth closing process.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within specific geographies to drive business growth.
- Consult with clients to understand their home preferences and guide them through the home-buying process.
- Stay up-to-date with local knowledge to address client inquiries about potential homes and the surrounding community.
- Consistently follow up with leads to nurture and expand the sales pipeline.
Qualifications :
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities are essential for this Real Estate Sales Professional position in Ocala, FL, US.
