Responsibility / Requirement
- PDI / Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Alfa Romeo, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Porsche,
- Customer Service providing excellent experiences
- The ability to approach guests with a smile
- Basic knowledge required to work on a computer
- negotiate products and services
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be willing to submit to a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
Experience :
Automotive Servicing : 5-10 years min
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles coming into the shop
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Create repair estimates and timelines and convey information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner
- Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
- Automotive Service Excellence / ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers / SAE certification is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required
