CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Financial Analyst Government Travel to support the Defense Intelligence Agency Financial Management Services Division.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

  • Create, review and revise Financial Plans (FINPLAN) to ensure categories are accurately references for types of expenses.
  • Verify funding is available within the Division Budget to process vouchers, track account status and details as well as producing reports details on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate with Division regarding quarterly account requirements from each client.
  • Maintain scheduled and unscheduled positive communications with program management, client stakeholders, and other key personnel positive communication.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external customers to develop process improvement, assist in implementing approved processes and provide support in documenting current processes and continue to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are current.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement.

Expected salary range : $77,000-$105,000

Work Environment :

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and / or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Physical Demands :

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel :

0-10% / Minimal travel.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and CI Poly.
  • Two to four years of professional government work experience.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Possess strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current, active TS / SCI with CI Poly.
  • Bachelors degree in accounting.
  • Government travel voucher processing experience.
  • Experience performing financial systems analysis.
  • Experience verifying financial plans.
