- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, or a minimum of 4+ years of dynamic experience in a similar capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, and e-commerce operations.
- 5 years of managerial experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Teams is a plus.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with clear and precise communication at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a high level of organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a plus.
