Shift Leader
We have a part-time / full-time opening for Shift Leaders. Papa John’s Shift Leaders assist the General Manager in managing all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure that high-quality products and services are delivered to our customers to ensure restaurant profitability.
Requirements :
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work various shifts per week, including weekends and holidays,
- Must be able to work in our fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- You must be able to lead a team of 8 up to 15 or more during a shift to ensure customers are well taken care of.
- Must be a team-oriented leader who instills pride and accountability in your team.
Responsibilities :
- Management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.
- Must be able to work long hours, which is likely to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrates dependability and shows a sense of urgency about getting results.
- Cash management skills.
- High School diploma or GED.
Starting Pay : $12 an hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE
