As a Technology Support Lead in Infrastructure Support , you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and application resiliency testing event management of our product services.
Critical thinking in the day-to-day governance and oversight of Employee Platforms systems will be your focus and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless resiliency framework.
Job responsibilities
- Lead day to day activities specific to NAMR - Includes Business and Technology Resiliency testing.
- Experience with NAMR MEPC test event and technology business resiliency testing : communication, planning / scoping and confirming participation.
- Assist and support new application owners - Event day execution and support
- Confirm post event testing artifacts have been submitted.
- Summarize and communicate event results.
- Ensure and execuite compliance governance of NAMR EP platform technology resiliency controls
- Support iCTO EP Resiliency Lead on Firmwide and BAU governance and initiatives
- Execute policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availability
- Innovate new Resiliency Reporting visualization
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Experience managing application resiliency or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Experience executing on resiliency processes and controls
- Expertise in resiliency, functional area or Infrastructure supported and interdependencies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Practical experience with public cloud
- Familiar with Technology Resiliency testing events. (Sustained Resiliency, Disaster Recovery, Isolation)
- Preferred knowledge but can be trained in (Recovery from bare metal / Cyber Recovery , Chaos / Gremlin) testing.
- Strong organizational, planning and communication skills
