Manager Corporate Systems

What You'll Do : Manager Corporate Systems
- Develop and manage user access to financial systems
- Mentor, train, and support finance users across multiple key systems
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions
- Recommend and enforce policies to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk
- Reconcile large datasets related to Sales, AP, AR, Cash, and Inventories
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, including analysis and inquiries
- Prepare, monitor, and enhance key financial performance indicators
- Manage projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
- Assist in system consolidation and centralization, including acquisition integration
- Provide support for quarterly and annual reviews and audits
- Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For : Manager Corporate Systems
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- Proven ability to implement efficient solutions to challenges
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to master new software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Power Apps (PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerAutomate), SQL, DAX
- Experience with systems such as SAP, Syteline, CCH Tagetik, Sage FAS, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), SQL Server Management Studio, IBM DB2 is a plus
