Responsibilities :

• Lead the team to develop Microkernel / Linux based OS for a wide variety of on-car applications for autonomous driving vehicles.
• Provide career development opportunities and maintain an ongoing constructive feedback.
• Inspire innovation and technical growth through hands-on mentoring and encouragement.
• Participate in the planning and scope for team projects.
• Support product owners and PMs to deliver high quality software on time.
• Partner with other Managers to achieve milestones.
• Commit and deliver high quality SW deliverables on me for the different vehicle programs promote innovation across the company.

Qualifications :

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of Embedded Software Development experience.
• 3+ years of Embedded Software Development Management experience.
• Proficient technical understanding of Embedded SW Systems.
• Fluent understanding of agile methodologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Technical experience on Embedded projects.
• Ability to remain focused while understanding the effects of change to multiple systems.
• Ability to successfully and effectively work within a global team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Automotive technologies.
• Experience with Micro-Kernel / Linux based technologies.

Compensation :

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000.00 - $240,000.00.

• Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only. It does not include discretionary bonus, equity, or benefits.
