Overview

Our SNF customer in Dothan AL is actively looking for an RN weekend supervisor. The facility offers short-term rehabilitation services including physical, speech, and occupational therapy, as well as long-term skilled care for those that might need that service.

This is accomplished in a comfortable, home-like environment where our residents, families, and staff are able to experience a family-type atmosphere.

Saturday and Sunday - Hours are typically 7a to 7p

Responsibilities

Job Duties :

Responsible for managing staff
Overseeing patient care
Medicare Skilled Charting
MDS support documentation
New admission and readmission assessments and documentation

The nurse supervisor also acts as an interface between staff, patients, and the patient's families, as well as the physicians.

Qualifications

Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Must be licensed in Alabama.
