We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Experienced Associate to join the team in our Baltimore office.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office.

This position will support our Affordable Housing Industry Group. Making a difference in distressed communities, CohnReznick has been on the cutting edge of innovative community development for nearly 40 years.

Whether it is working within tax credit programs, helping shape policy at Federal and state levels, or collaborating with state and local economic development programs, we have helped lead the growth and sophistication of the community development industry.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work plans
• Manage a team of staff associates including interns
• Gain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have :

• 1+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
• Affordable Housing or Real Estate experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Accounting required
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
