Description

Responsible for substrate technology path finding and roadmap execution - Direct work with vendors for new package development and qualification - Drive vendors to meet requirement & timeline - You will work across variety of functional groups directly & involve in engineering, product development

Key Qualifications

• We are looking for an individual with experience as a process integration, manufacturing, R&D engineer in substrate industry In-depth knowledge of substrate technology
• Familiarity with PKG process & criteria is a plus
• Outstanding technology development & project management skills
• Strong communication & collaborative skills
• BS and 3+years of relevant industry experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
