PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY : Licensed Practical Nurse

Wound Care
Medication Administration
Medication Documentation
Oversee the services of direct care staff and Certified Nursing Assistants
Administering tube feeding
ADLs
Nursing assessments
Skin Care
Vital Signs
Nursing Care
Schedule / Attending Physician appointments
Communication w / Physician
Pharmacy Communication / Update

MININUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years of age or older
GA Licensed LPN
First Aid certified (required)
CPR certified (required)
Clean Criminal Record Check
Excellent administrative skills

COMPETENCY REQUIRED

Must be able to read and write English
Computer literate
Communicate effectively with service monitors, staff, families and state administrators
Excellent interpersonal skills
Other duties as assigned
