Description
Primary Duties
- Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
- Create Service contracts in SAP.
- Ensures all required documentation is received before inputting service contracts in SAP.
- Create the billing plans for Service contracts.
- Support Service Sales through the timely and accurate entry of Bookings Packages.
- Support Service Sales through the timely and accurate completion of Service History Reports as required.
- Support Service Sales through timely and accurate report creation and reconciliation as required.
- Maintain customer records in Service Agreements database.
- Administer contract entitlements creation and billings in ERP system with high accuracy.
- Resolve service contract billing disputes as required.
- Manage extended warranties email inbox.
- Manage technical objects within the service contracts.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
- Assist with month end and year end close activities and related journal entries as required.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Training & Education
Associate’s degree in business or equivalent work-related experience is required. A bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.
Experience Minimum of two years accounting experience; preferably in a contract management. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite : Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective organization, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
- Understanding of general accounting principles, to include debits, credits, fixed asset accounting and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Data analysis skills including exporting / importing data, data reporting in excel and ERP.
