Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • 5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Business Systems Analyst, consultant, or similar role analytics / AI product development within a technology-driven environment
  • 5+ years experience working with Agile development methodology
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile and hybrid development environment

Responsibilities

  • Data Science Product Manager in the Data & Analytics organization, you will be on the front line of driving innovation and sustainable business transformation and ongoing improvement, directly impacting business results
  • This role is part of a team that builds data and analytic solutions across the enterprise
  • Data Science Product Manager, you will be aligned to a line of business and will be responsible for leading data and analytic solutions including ideation, development, enhancement, and expansion
  • Partnering with Business leaders, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and business and technology stakeholders, to define and prioritize product features, lead the product development process, and identify new product opportunities to improve the business
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to business leaders to recommend novel and transformative approaches to solve business problems with data & analytics
  • Collaborate with Business leaders to define the product vision and requirements and translate the business requirements into a technical product strategy and design
  • Collaborate with Business Use Case Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business / user needs, technology needs, and technical feasibility
  • Act as the liaison between the business and technical teams and organize a team responsible for data and analytic product development by defining product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful data and analytic product launches
  • Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with the tech and implementation team to ensure a shared understanding of the requirements
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to plan and prioritize releases
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments
  • Work closely with the data and analytics development team to manage the delivery process and ensure the product is built according to the defined requirements and user stories
  • Work with Business Use Case Owner to define the user acceptance criteria and testing procedures for the product
  • Work with technical team to define technical testing strategy
  • Manage the technical roll-out of the product, including coordinating with IT, business, and support teams
  • Provide the content needed to support business deployment
  • Define and track the product performance metrics
  • Monitor user feedback for continuous enhancements
  • Organize / lead meetings for collaboration and process implementations, status reporting and presentations, supporting resource and budget management
  • Accountable for product performance
  • Shared accountability for business outcomes with Business Use Case Owner
