BuilderWire, Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and build our sales team in Brandon, SD.

BuilderWire, Inc. has been the industry-leading eCommerce solution provider for the LBM & Hardware Industry since the dot-com bubble.

Our powerful eCommerce platform helps drive new customers and revenue through web storefront systems, making it the preferred eCommerce partner of major ERP systems in the industry.

BuilderWire's team is dedicated to enhancing customer service efficiency and accelerating revenues by providing immediate information to capture new business opportunities.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid / remote role for a Director of Sales at BuilderWire, Inc. The position will be responsible for building and leading sales teams, overseeing account management, optimizing sales operations and strategies, managing business development initiatives, and driving revenue growth through effective sales management practices.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Build, lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations across the country.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Account Management, and Sales Operations skills.
  • Sales Management and Business Development expertise.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of current e-commerce trends, best practices, and the overall business landscape.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience in the Lumber, Building Materials & Hardware Industry is a plus.
  • The candidate will have a good understanding of web marketing SEO, organic and paid click, social media and email marketing techniques.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple prospective customer sales cycles concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
