Your New Role :

• Lead the Pack : Oversee installations with precision, guiding your crew through the nuances of complex residential HVAC systems.

• Mentor on the Move : Take pride in teaching your helper the ropes, ensuring they’re groomed for future leadership, and enhancing team knowledge and cohesion.

Operational Excellence : Be part of the exciting launch of our new Everett office! For the first 30 days, you'll visit our Auburn office daily for smooth onboarding and integration.

After that, you'll be at the forefront of operations in Everett, with only one visit to Auburn per month. Get ready to make daily stops at our brand-new Everett location and be a key player in its success!

This Job Is for You If :

• You have 3-5 years of solid experience as an HVAC installer and at least a year as a lead, showing you can handle the helm.
• Your background is clean, your references commendable, and your presence is always professional.

• 3-5 years experience as a Residential HVAC Installer.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Lead Installer.
• EPA certification is required.
• NATE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Service Titan is advantageous but not required.
• Install Crews will need to report to our Auburn office (505 F St SE, Auburn, WA 98002) once weekly or four times a month.
• Must possess a clean driving record or be insurable.
• Must pass a background check and provide professional references.
• Must be presentable and demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers.
• A Seattle refrigeration license is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
