The talented Customer Care Specialist (CSS) is our customers’ friendly first point of contact by answering all incoming calls from assigned channels.
This can include hospitals, referral sources, patients, and families. Probing appropriately to qualify the call, and ultimately directing the call to the appropriate party.
If the appropriate party is not available, they will utilize the Admissions Coordinator talk track to assist the caller.
The CSS will thoroughly and clearly documents each patient’s interaction in MS4 and / or current software used.
Skills :
Ability to remain calm under pressure; can handle frequent change, delays and unexpected events.
Consistently meets and / or exceeds goals.
Must be able to relate well to all kinds of people both inside and outside the organization, using diplomacy, building effective relationships, and able to diffuse high-tension situations.
Strong working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.
Excellent Customer Service skills.

Qualifications
Education : High School Graduate / Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Years of Related Experience :
1-3 years of customer service
This is a HYBRID ROLE evening shifts available.
Knowledge :
Customer Service experience required. Call Center experience a plus. Experience in the alcohol and drug field or psychiatric treatment field preferred.
