You're Excited About US Because You Will...
- Serve as a partner to the Area Director of Human Resources and General Manager in overseeing and maintaining daily human resources operations.
- Be responsible for the overall management of the property's human resources operation as well as the coordination, and evaluation of the department.
- Manage the daily activities of the Team Member Services office including Team Member's compensation management, team safety initiatives, and wage / benefit administration.
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and property operating procedures by providing all departments with guidance and support necessary to achieve their guest service and business objectives.
- Prepare a variety of requested / required reports and provide analytic analysis of those reports.
- Directly supervise HR team members (apx. 4).
We're Excited About YOU Because...
- You have 3-5 years of progressive HR experience and two years in a management role.
- You have previously handled employee relations, leave of absence administration, benefits management, and worker's compensation management.
- You are bilingual in English and Spanish.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of state, federal and local laws.
- You have the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- You may also have a Bachelor's degree or certificate in Human Resources Management or comparable relevant work experience.
- You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
The expected salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. The actual salary offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate.
This role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
