Quality Assuarance Auditor

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor for an exceptional company in Prattville area.

Job Description :

The Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor ensures that company processes, procedures, and products meet quality standards and regulations through audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and perform internal audits of processes and products.
• Document findings and prepare audit reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct product inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and address non-conformance.
• Ensure company practices comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present quality reports.
• Work with teams to implement process improvements.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and facilitate their implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings and corrective actions.

Required Skills and Experience :

• 3-5 years of experience in quality inspection, assurance, or auditing.
• Experience with internal / quality audits.
• Work Knowledge of the AX ERP system, preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems particularly in warehouse or manufacturing settings.
• Experience in continuous process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or GED
