Job Description
Considering candidates local to the Bay Area
This role will report into the VP. You will promote creative work, be a true partner to clients, and show experience with the brand and category.
Understand clients’ business objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Translate client needs into actionable creative strategies.
Lead the development of performance-driven creative assets across defined performance creative channels (social, display, video, CRM, etc.).
Collaborate with creative teams (designers, copywriters, and strategists) to ensure alignment between creative concepts and performance goals.
Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand guidelines and are optimized for performance.
Partner with strategy to drive A / B testing strategies and creative optimizations based on data-driven insights.
Partner with media and strategy to analyze creative effectiveness, utilizing metrics such as CTR, ROI, and conversion rates.
Use data insights to guide creative adjustments and recommend optimizations.
Ensure continuous creative testing and iteration to improve campaign performance.
