Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter with a strong background in operations, financial management, and resource planning.

This role requires a keen eye for process improvements, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Support : Manage and oversee key administrative functions including financial management, resource allocation, and overall business operations.
• Process Improvement : Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and suggest strategies to optimize efficiency across departments.
• Revenue Reporting : Prepare and analyze detailed revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to business needs.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Lead budgeting activities and forecast revenue and resource demands to align with business objectives.
• Opportunity Pipeline and Bookings : Maintain and monitor the opportunity pipeline, tracking bookings and ensuring smooth flow from lead to delivery.
• Cost Optimization : Develop and implement cost optimization models for projects, ensuring profitability and sustainability.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience in operations management with expertise in financial administration, people supply management, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in preparing and interpreting revenue reports.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize project cost models and manage opportunity pipelines.
• A proactive and self-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
