Administrative Assistant

The overall purpose of this position is to assist and support all aspects of the business and to assist in growing the business.
Transaction Management to include :
- Uploading all necessary documents into the Transaction Coordinator’s site
- Preparation of Critical Date Letter
- Emailing Critical Date Letter to Clients
- Assistance with preparing Repair Amendments
- Assist with getting documents signed in a time-sensitive manner
- Contract Preparation
- MLS Input, ensure statuses of properties are current in MLS
- Listing Appointment Preparation
- Client Appreciation Event Management
- Manage Client Database
- Assistance with Signs & Lockboxes
- Order photo shoots and meet with photographer at all photoshoots to assist
- Make deliveries, and put out / pick up signs
- Assist / fill in for Front Desk as needed
- Liaison to title companies and lenders
- Keep current data on all Closings and GCI’s
- Keep track of Expenses
- Be available for Weekly Coaching Call
Marketing & Social Media
Social Media creation and scheduling of posts
Compensation :
$32,000 - $40,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
- Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
- Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
- Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
Qualifications :
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
- Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
