Wash Depot Holdings / Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.

Sparkling Image Car Wash is looking for a great leader to join our team as Multi-Site Car Wash Manager for 2 of our Orlando, FL locations .

This is a key role, and we are really seeking someone who has great leadership skills and will be dedicated and take ownership of their locations in every aspect of the business.

As a Multi-Site Manager, you will oversee 2 of our full-service car wash & express oil change locations, ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch customer experiences.

No Car Wash Experience? No Problem!

• Complete training program, no experience in the car wash industry required.
• Restaurant managers do very well in our business.
• Hours of operation are from 8-6 daily.
• Career advancement opportunities.
• An annual bonus based on exceeding profit budget.
• Closed Easter, New Years Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and 4th of July.
• This is a salary position with an annual bonus program.

Job Responsibilities are as follows :

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple car wash locations
• Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers.
• Oversee and manage daily operation of the location with profit and loss responsibilities.
• Responsible for overall store safety, recruiting and hiring, employee orientation, performance management, training, developing, scheduling, and inventory.

• Desire to manage a business activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Exercise hands on leadership and setting the example
• Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and increased business.
• Desire to learn and develop.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a leading position.
• Experience managing a group of 30 to 40 employees.
• Experience in a position that dealt with customer’s face to face
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong work ethic and motivation
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• A valid state driver’s license
