Recruitment Role in Austin, Texas - IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE!!!

Base Salary - $40,000 + Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE $80,000)

Degree Required (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED)

We are looking for hard-working, talented, curious, sales-driven individuals who want to join this agency's growing teams of Recruitment consultants.

As a Recruiter, you will take on a dedicated training plan designed to develop all the relevant skills to be a successful consultant.

Your Role as a Recruiter

You will be managing the complete recruitment life cycle, bringing on board new clients, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the entire interview process.

Talent acquisition : Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Process management : Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.

Research : Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.

Market intelligence : Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news.

Requirements

• Educated to Degree level
• Sports Background
• Ideal Sales Experience (Car sales, Estate agency, Door 2 door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
• Sociable and confident personality
• Money-motivated and goal-oriented
