Job Description :
We are seeking a Clinical and Health - Scientist I for a very important client Responsibilities - Perform multi-step organic synthesis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Effectively execute manufacturing work orders on schedule, follow directions and instructions accurately, and achieve high productivity while maintaining all safety and quality standards.
- Critically analyze and interpret scientific data from historical manufacturing records and work with senior staff to determine best methods and processes for new assignments.
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products in accordance with the manufacturing and quality requirements.
- Recognize and escalate manufacturing problems and failure of processes to yield expected results Collaborate with senior staff to implement necessary corrections to manufacturing and / or testing processes.
- Keep a clear, complete and accurate account of all manufacturing work using Master Batch Records, work order documents and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished product by completing error-free transactions in enterprise business systems.
- Work with the highest attention to personal and co-worker safety and follow all department policies and guidelines related to operation of process equipment, chemical handling and waste disposal.
Requirement :
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications : - Hands-on experience in organic synthesis and troubleshooting- Demonstrated experience with organic synthesis laboratory techniques (inert atmosphere, distillation, extraction, liquid chromatography, TLC).
Experience using common analytical techniques for monitoring and troubleshooting chemistry processes and determining product quality (HPLC, NMR, UV-Vis, pH).
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Possess an understanding of basic reaction mechanisms and reactivity.- Solid technical writing skills with an ability to accurately and succinctly document synthetic procedures.
- Adaptable, nimble learner, able to think critically, proactively solve problems and maintain composure in stressful or ambiguous situations.
- Effective interpersonal skills in a team-oriented work environment.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
