We are currently looking for a job coach who is willing and able to teach those on the Autism spectrum how to prepare for a job.
This person needs to be patient, able to get on the clients level and willing to go out in the community with the client.
Empathy and Patience : Understanding and patience are key, as individuals with special needs may face unique challenges.
Communication Skills : Clear and effective communication is crucial for providing instructions and feedback.
Problem-Solving Abilities : Ability to address and resolve issues that may arise in the job search or workplace.
