Overview : WiredPeople is looking for a Bilingual Public Health Recruiting and Scheduling Coordinator to join our public health teams.
This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and will work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida . The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Spanish and English) high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities : Conducts lead searches and recruits assigned sampled persons for participation Schedule interviews for sampled persons who agree to participate Document all work in data systems Assist the project coordinator with marketing the project with providers and community partners Assist the project coordinator with presenting project data to providers and to community stakeholders in accordance with the data dissemination plan.
Qualifications : Preferred bachelor’s degree in public health or working on a degree in public health. Must be able to speak fluent Spanish.
Two years of experience in patient services, customer service, sales, or related field interacting directly with client.
One year of experience with data entry preferably in the medical field with knowledge of medical terminology. Two years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
