General Responsibilities
- Works with employers to settle workers comp cases
- Assess claimant documentation, legal benefits, and any other matters related.
- Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and other legal documentation
- Analysis of employment records
- Any other duties related to the role
Qualifications
- Required : Juris Doctorate and CA Bar License
- 5+ years of experience
- Attention de detail and Multitasker
- Results oriented and Client-Focused
- Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
