Job Description :
- This position requires experience developing complex cost models using advanced cost estimating techniques as well as excellent interpersonal skills required to solicit input, synthesize data, and communicate results to various levels of technical and programmatic leadership.
- The role may include working on affordability analyses, life cycle cost developments, cost data analytics, forecasting cost and schedule, data collection and normalization, and design-to-cost.
- The candidate selected will be asked to analyze multiple data sets to build engineering models, synthesize results, perform decision analysis, and communicate findings with engineering colleagues and internal decision makers.
Required Skills / Experience
- Bachelor’s in data science, Math, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 + Years of Experience with one or more of the following : cost model development , data analytics , engineering related to the Defense industry, and / or finance.
- 5 + Years of Experience with Microsoft Excel & data analytics .
- 5 + Years of Experience navigating technical and cost data .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with an executive audience experienced in Data Visualization.
